Dr. Weiss will introduce key themes and data from the National Report of Findings 2016 relating to patient safety. He will highlight findings in four major areas: resident and fellow education; patient safety event reporting; patient safety event review; and the role of the CLE in monitoring/governance around patient safety. He will also expand upon these areas by including challenges and opportunities for improvement.
